our little kaleb!

after i was a week late my doc said that it was time to induce...so july 29th turned into a long day of trying to "trick" the body into labor. It wasnt until they broke my water on july 30th at around 1pm that i finally progressed past 4cm dilated. I immediately started feeling my first contractions and lasted about an hour until I was dying to get the epidural in me. Only a few hours after the drugs did i reach 10cm dilated. The nurse came in to check me around 4pm and I was all ready for labor. At that point I pushed for 20min and there he was! it was the most glorious moment...with both sets of parents there and a healthy baby, things just could not have been more perfect. Kaleb was 6lbs 9oz and 20.5in long. Below are some pics of the greatest day of our lives :)

38 weeks!

well im 38 weeks along now I cant wait for our little one to be here already :) im definitely feeling more pregnant than ever but getting along just fine...we re just really excited for it to be time. my in laws get here tomorrow and my mom will be getting here in a week or so to hopefully be here for the big day! time is flying and we re just trying to enjoy every moment. here are the lastest pics...

Baby Shower in Tijuana - 5/22/10

Freddys mom put on such a beautiful baby shower for me down in Tijuana. About 65 women came for brunch to this yummy mexican restaurant. My mom made the trip down too and it was just so wonderful having her there and being able to be apart of all the festivities.

Happy Mommys Day!

we started the day off with a nice family breakfast and headed off to church together with ashley (my brothers amazing girlfriend). I love coming home and being able to sit outside in the amphitheatre for service. they always have the grounds in prestine condition with the most beautiful flowers. and what a great way to celebrate our wonderful mommys!

29 weeks and loving it!

Donna Chamberlain and Pam Wilkinson put on an amazing baby shower for me on may 8th. The food was fantastic and i could have eaten the whole cake it was so good! Our little one is already spoiled and i cant wait to put him in all his new things :) A group of about 22 women that have been a huge part of my life growing up were there to celebrate this fun time with me and it just could not have been any more wonderful.
